Javier Gona, President and CEO of Gona Builders began contracting small remodels as a sole proprietor. Over the years the company grew into a full commercial and residential builder with expertise to take on projects of any size and complexity.

Javier - President

With over 20 years of experience, Javier is involved in every aspect of every project. He has built a reputation in the Bay Area as one of the leading professionals in the field and trusted advisor to his clients. Javier understands how stressful construction projects may be and puts his heart and soul into making the client experience as seamless and stress free as possible.

Damian - Operations

After earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, Damian officially joined Gona Builders; however, his contribution towards his family business begun much earlier. While still in college, Damian helped establish most of the processes that are still in effect today.

Marcela - Secretary

Having been there since day one, keeping the administrative side of Gona Builders running smoothly, Marcela is the backbone of Gona Builders. Allowing Javier (and Damian) to focus on the client experience is her main goal.
